TYPES OF PRODUCTS WITH THIS TECHNOLOGY:
SYSTEMS USING NATURAL FLUIDS
As an alternative to synthetic fluids, given the new regulations, systems that use natural fluids have experienced a further growth.
There has been an increase in the number of systems using Nh3, which MF has always made and recommended, along with systems that use CO2 as a primary or secondary fluid.
Systems running on ammonia or CO2, made by MF, can completely replace all types of systems that use synthetic fluids, with improved levels of efficiency and yield.
The types of systems that we usually design and build featuring SCREW OR ALTERNATIVE OPEN COMPRESSORS are the flooded type with separate and pump or with dry expansion.
The refrigerant can be used to directly supply the utility or to cool down a secondary fluid, which may even be CO2.
SYSTEMS USING SYNTHETIC FLUIDS
As a result of the European regulation that went into effect on 1st January 2015, all manufacturers of refrigerating systems have had to modify and adapt all their products.
The new systems tend to use fluids with low GWP and low charge, in order to comply with all regulations in force.
The type of systems offered by our company, for the purpose of complying with the above, features dry fluid expansion, using open and semi-hermetic compressors.
Our refrigerating systems can supply directly a final utility or an intermediate exchanger in order to cool down a secondary fluid, which may include CO2.
